OK, I admit as a parent...there are tricks to the trade.

Do you leave cookies and milk for Santa Clause? Yeah. It's a no brainer.

But there are other tricks that "sell" Christmas.

My favorite is buying some red material at a fabric store and then tearing off a piece of it and placing it on the fireplace grate. On Christmas morning when we discover it I say, "Holy cow, Santa must have a hole in his Santa suit. He tore it on the way out of the chimney."

That's so cool...we have the material.

What did you guys do to "wow" your kids this Christmas?

So how does the Christmas season make you feel? Of course, if you just got back from sitting on Blanding and 295, you might be wildly jaded, but even so, let us know!
