You need to go to your favorite clothing store and just try on some out fit that you really like and don't think you can wear and when you see that you have dropped enough weight to fit into 2-3 sizes smaller, this is a great ego booster...you have done a great job. wished i could lose some extra baggage of my own... Keep it up. You are doing a great job. Makes me want to get back on my diet. (South Beach) It is hard, but soooo worth it.
