the blogs get funny and stupid. most the time i read them i have a big old bowl of popcorn with a lot of butter and a fountain cup soda and every so often some candy. i say why go to the movies when its more entertaining to read the blogs then going to watch something. plus its free here to get a good laugh  

Yeah, it's mostly pointless on these blogs. The koolaid drinkers wouldn't know reality if it hit them in the face. It's unfortunate they do more damage than they realise.

I have been meaning to ask- aren't koolaid drinkers the people that kiss up to administration? I am confused..

The only thing i need (actually i'm lying) for the Fair Tax bill to get my support stems in a simple question.  What do we do right now if we had fair tax?  Sales are down, which means tax revenue is down, please enlighten me.  Nothing personal truthy, but i'd like a new perspective.

You are partially correct in thinking that these blogs are a waste of time, HOWEVER if you can read through the BS you will discover that there really some great information out there to investigate.

Welcome to the blogohood of Clay County.  I see that you have gained a bit of attention by your comments.  Good.  A starting place is a good place to start.  But I find your comments, along with those who replied, interesting.

Pointless?  Venting? Funny & stupid?  Damage?  A Waste of Time?  I'm sure that if one were to read all of the blogs & replies covered in the 293 pages of blogs since the inaugural blog of 02.14.08, one might find some that do, indeed, fit these descriptions with the exception of a waste of time.  But that's just the surface.

From the inception, this blog venue was provided as a site for the community to share ideas, ask questions, yes, vent, but mostly to provide a source of communication for getting information.  In this effort, in my opinion, it has more than fulfilled its mission statement.  We have had what some may consider "fluff," non intersesting topics, and what some may even consider to be stupid topics.  But lo & behold, some of us have discovered the scroll wheel.

I would also suggest that before branding any of us or the blog topics that appear here with the comments that you and those who answered your initial entry, you might grace us with some of your opinions on the various subject so that we might have the same opportunity to offer an opinion about you.  As an aside, I would also suggest that if you wish you & your opinions to be taken in any serious manner, you might want to take some small effort into finding out the difference between the pronoun/adverb "there," and the personal pronoun, "their."  A little literacy can go a long, long way in having people accept the seriousness & validity of whatever you have to say.  JATFUR.

Then come back and do some comparison shopping between SS and TH tag lines, creation date, the fact that it appears that the TH screen name is no longer active (not by choice I would guess) and who else has responded already.  

You might come to the same conclusion I did as to why the comments. My semi-suspicious mind tells me that perhaps Lazarus has arisen. Do you believe in reincarnation?

For now I'll stick with the benefit of the doubt. But I really don't think it is going to last long.

I hadn't noticed that Finder.  The TH page is no longer available and you'll also notice that both users have the exact same tag line, the whole fair tax crap.  I also haven't rec. a response from SS and having excluded TH from the answer of my question and no answer from SS, hmmm.  Sure, i'll go with the benefit of the doubt, but i must say that it seems to be a trend with those on the blog who don't redeem themselves after making a fool of themselves, that is making a new screen name. 

It was the same crap from Linda5 who i'm 99.9% sure is Key2Life, i asked her questions, no answers.

Thanks for the heads up.  I must be slowing down.  On the other hand, I never took botany so the fact that a double breasted, spreading arboreal shading BS tree was right in front of me just didn't register.  That's why we keep the high priced help like you around.  You're worth your weight in gold.

Very good observations Mike and Rich. I wondered how long it would take before they were removed. As in the case of Don it was not what he was saying but how he was saying it that got him removed. Glad to see MCS is being fair on the removal of those who not only abuse the blogs but do it consistently. Kudos to MCS.

Can you explain to me why ccac did not work with the single mother to get her dog back this week ? that is the first time he had ever gotten out? She tried to make payments and ccac euthanized  her dog with her trying to work it out.

According to FACA, this is the order followed for all shelters in Florida to handle the animal situation. Why doesn't CCAC follow the same standards?

she new right away that ccac picked it up. she talked with ccac daily she lives in gcspgs and  surely they did not have more that one of these situations in the last 10 days .
