It figures all talk and no actions from the koolaid drinkers. Before anyone asks I could not attend because I was out making sure all those windows were rolled down for the dogs. Submitted by SoloVoce on Wed, 10/15/2008 - 3:02pm.
I happen to hit the button on this blog by mistake. Usually, when the topic is about CCAC, I scroll over it because I've seen nothing in the very numerous blogs that would make me want to pay attention. If this blog, with the replies by truthhurts & the venomuskjoker, who apparently is not aware of the correct spelling of the word "venomous," combined with the incoherent, semi literate rambling, is any indication of the other blogs on this subject, then I know I made the correct choice to avoid them. The kindest thing I can say is that all of you deserve each other. RK

the water's fine. This is one of the better blogs. Good old TVJ called me a mokey on crack in another blog. I guess he doesn't know how to spell monkey either. I was there along with Marsha and Fred and a few others but not about the CCAC issues. Obviously they can't see either. We were there to show support for the 3 charter amendments. ...regarding TVJ, he's not only illiterate, he's a complete moron. Who's he to determine who gets voted for and on what basis? Have you read some of that twaddle? I think he's the LAST person to be calling anyone stupid. Reminds me of Otto from A Fish Called Wanda. Only the brilliant Kevin Kline could play an idiot so convincingly. TVJ doesn't have to play an idiot. Lily's Lore "I don't ever want to be rescued And I don't ever want to be saved I got a feelin' that I'm gonna be alive forever Dancin' on the edge of a grave..." thanks. Why he would think I would let a person with the writing skills of a third grader calling me a mokey on crack bother me I can't say. I was just watching a news report of an air traffic control supervisor that redirected a couple of flights to test one of his new controllers. 'No one was ever in danger' said the supervisor. But the FAA is not happy about him using a real flight with real people in a test even though flights get redirected all the time. There is a big investigation and there may be some heads rolling. Sound familiar? Political advertisement paid for and approved by, Mike Heemer, write-in, for Commission Chair.

LOL! Yes, if the whole airplane guidance thing gets old, he has a bright future in Animal Control Experimentation. Heck, he probably doesn't even have to be able to spell "experimentation". Mike, Under ordinary circumstances I would gladly accept your invitation. But in this particular circumstance, thanks, but no thanks. I will quietly retire to my philosophy of cogito, ergo sum. Especially the cogito part. I'm funny that way. JATFUR. Rich K

SOA Director D. Skinner finds Animal cruelty case unfounded. Director Skinner concured that the elements of animal cruelty had not been sufficently displayed by the facts of the case (as reported by and spun as usual by Mr. Don Rammon). Accordingly the offense of animal cruelty was unfounded. Mr. Rammon and cronnies.......you LOSE AGAIN. Keep spinning lies, and slander and you lose everytime. By the way everytime you spin your smutty lies it causes sensless investigations. You waste valuable county time and tax payers money.

I am glad to hear that there is a conclusion (as far as the SAO is concerned) no one to convict or fire as there was no crime...I guess you were right truthhurts. Unfortunately I am sure we will not hear the end of this as it did not go the other direction. TIME TO MOVE ON PEOPLE...PERIOD. I am sure there are other ways that your negative energies can be spent.

Solo is consistent. Twice now he has been invited to partake of the snipefest between the supporters and detractors of CCAC. Both times he has bowed out and bowed out politely. Since all of my correspondence with Solo, whether agreeing or disagreeing, he keeps his equanimity. I respect that. We will not always agree on some matters but I know we will both disagree with respect. Not to leave him out, I would also reiterate the same feelings for Baxley. He, too parts ways with many here, including me, on some issues but he never lowers himself to the point of spewing venom. There are many people on this site I admire for their minds and their ability to express a viewpoint coherently. They are better at this than I am on occasion and I would like to publicly thank them for being role models. Finder, Marsha, Fred, Maggie, Karen, and Felix. The spirit of debate is alive and well in all of you and I don't mean any disrespect to those I have omitted. Civil debate is what it's all about. Now, let's continue scrolling past the CCAC blogs and investigate headier themes. Lily is consistent also. She is also an excellent judge of character. Because of her statements about me, I must, once again agree, that I AM on heck of a guy. In fact, the early polls say that I am up for sainthood next month. I just flipped back to the fist page of the blogs & the first entry was on Feb. 14, '07. I think I made my first entrance a month or two later. During that time, to the present, there have been some heated debates on a variety of subjects. While Lily singled me out, I recall that the overwhelming majority of people taking part in posting have been civil. I thank Lily for the kudos & kind words. I also seem to recall that the civility was thrown out the window when the subject of CCAC started. I may be wrong & if I am, I will be happy to be corrected. Not wanting to paint with a broad brush, I have to add that not every person who posted @ CCAC took to the low road. It was only a select few, thank goodness. I still have no reason why this particular subject has lured the lower elements like moths to a flame or insects to rotting meat as opposed to any other subject. It does, however, remind me of the current status of the presidential campaign. It seems to be the worst of times. Also, as Lily, others & I have mentioned, I find contemptuous certain elements of the American voting public and have to wonder if there is some kind of correlation that lowers the civility standards, not to mention the bending, folding, stapling & mutilation of the English language. Your guess is as good as mine as I am no expert. Lily, once again, thanks for the kind words & thoughts. I hope that I keep to your high standards & I hope that the majority of us of us keep blogging in a civil manner. Working & playing nicely always makes for a mo better, mo peaceful playground. Thanks for the update. I am sure that those that had the accusations, hate-speak and otherwise judgmental attitudes about the subject will not recant their statements. (as woud be expected). I am glad to see that there is closure on this matter.... Submitted by Angela on Fri, 10/17/2008 - 5:30pm.
Well I didn't have very much faith in the State Attorney's Office to come back with any other conclusion in this case. That's why Ms Corey won with such a landslide in the the bid for State Attorney. I will be interested in the results of the formal complaint filed with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Just like the St John's Commissioner I have more faith in the Federal Government and their ability to do investigations. For all of us who have watched Clay County in action for many years and have come to understand if stupidity was crime most of these people would be in jail. I wish we could require them at a minimum to wear their signs. People are talking about ...Here are the recent blog postings with the most comments. |
