I do know Mrs. Goon and she is one of the most hard working loving people you would ever want to meet.

Its the job is doing at Animal Control. She's not fit for your job, either uneducated or lazy or just don't know what to do or maybe just burned out. I don't know Connie Goon personally, she could be a very nice lady, BUT SHE CAN'T DO THE JOB OF ANIMAL CONTROL DIRECTOR, SHE NEEDS TO BE REPLACE!

When was the last time you were at CCAC DON ?? A year ago ??

I was there this past Saturday.

The office was full of people adopting pets and reclaiming dogs.

Four (4) seperate rescue groups were there selecting animals they want to rescue.

A volunteer groomer was there ALL day grooming and bathing dogs.

The kennel staff were hustling and bustling between cleaning, serving the public, and assisting the rescue groups.

You are totally clueless as to what goes on there.

When was the last time you had a meaningfull conversation with Mrs. Goon about any of your concerns about CCAC ??? NEVER !!

This is all about hate and revenge. About a year ago you were shown the door for acting like a fool. That's what this is about.

The numbers and the complaints say it for them self. Do you thick anybody going to protect you when the Citizen Committe comes in  and find what wasteful spending thats going on at Animal Control...Time will tell

In the past 19 years tell us how many Official complaints have been made ?

Then take that number and compare it to the total number of calls CCAC has responded to over the past 19 years and show us what the complaint percentages are.

If you're going to come here and make accusations and present them as facts you better provide the data to back it up.

If there are any investiagtions going on, thats all fine and good.

Simply because an investigation is being conducted is not proof that any wrong doing has been done. It could mean some nut job like yourself is making noise.

Audits happen all the time with ALL departments in government and the private sector. Again just because an audit is going on does not mean wrong doing has occured.

I am still waiting for you to answer the questions I asked and provide all the data to back up all your slanderous accusations. We are all waiting big mouth, give us the data and percentages.

Dear Don Rammon, what do accoucting and Pulic and everthing mean?  I thought since you know everthing you could tell me.

Also, perhaps you could answer a question for me.  Are Clay County Sheriff's Department Deputies' computer contents public records?  Just wondering.  If Donn doesn't know that one, is there someone that could answer that for me?

Almost all records are public records. They have exemptions for law enforcement records but even when it has exemption. Those are redacted and the remaining record can be reviewed. Personal information of law enforcement can not be released. It would depend on what record you are looking for and if it is exempt.

Since when is it not about the person Donn?  All of a sudden, after almost a year of slander, you want to make it clear that it's not about the person?  Doing a little back peddling are you there Donny?  I would venture to say that it's just a tad too late for that my friend.  I use the term friend loosely or is that fiend? You are just pissed off cause you got kicked off the property.  That's all it boils down to.  You're taking it out on a person that had nothing to do with that.  You bring new meaning to the word grudge.  My gosh, it's been almost a year.  GET OVER IT or get some counselling.

I too am beginning to think that Maggie is indeed Mrs. Goon.  In  the entry below from Maggie, from the point of the wording in bold print, it begins to read as if a person is talking to Don not like Maggie was repeating a conversation she had with Mrs. Goon. 

While I am at it, the two separate blogs where out of the blue someone is coming on MyClaySun to proclaim wrong doing or mistreatment at CCAC also did not fool anyone.  In the first place, MyClaySun is not the Complaint Department for CCAC.  That is why those two blogs were obviously placed by a minimal few people in order to try and reinforce the previous claims that have been made by Don and Company.   

If I were any of the defenders of CCAC, at this point I would stop responding to Don and Company because the readers have figured out that he has problems and they can’t be solved here.  I would stop because any responses only cause more responses from him/them.  We can recognize the subject and the writer and ignore all future blogs.  We are not fooled by the sudden appearance of a new blogger who only talks about CCAC complaints.  Please ignore and stop giving him/them the chance to argue with you.

Let me start off by saying I am not Mrs. Goon.  I am not a friend, a relative, an employee, I am a blogger who has seen what has been said about Mrs. Goon.  It's late, it's the weekend but I looked Mrs. Goon up in the phone book and called her; I just now got off the phone with her.  I asked her why she did not defend herself on these blogs and this is what she said, and I quote:

"If I wanted to lower myself to the level of Don Rammon and his cronies, I would have already responded to his many slanderous and mean spirited posts not using the name "Cookie" but using the name Constance A. Goon.  I found that it is a waste of time to enjoin these people in conversation because it will go nowhere and quite frankly, I have no time to sit and go nowhere.  I would have loved to have made it work with these few people but unfortunately their slander and needless sexual remarks about my husband has gone too far.  You can say what you want about me on these blogs but it serves no purpose to respond. Your continued threats and insults are not taken lightly and will be dealt with in due time.  If you have any questions, you can give me, Constance A. Goon, or my husband, Jeffery A. I have never seen such a mess as this with Clay County Animal control. I just found out that the Necropsy report on Diamond is in. That it came yesturday and that CCAC is trying to get our case closed before we even receive a report. What with this. We  were told that the report would be hand delivered. That didn't happen. We had to call and inquire to find out that it was even in. If you tell some one you will do something then you should. Why Lie?
