MY SHERIFF

My Sheriff: My heart-felt congratulations on your hard fought and much deserved victory. 

As important as your victory however, is the manner in which you achieved that victory. Throughout your campaign, you remained above the muddy fray, you maintained your honor and your dignity, you never struck back in kind, you never lost faith with your supporters, and you never lost sight of the truth and your goal. 

It was and is, both my accolade and my privilege to serve you and I vow to you this night, so long as you remain honorable, I will remain faithful and my sword is at your beckoning.

Many have asked that I reveal myself tonight.I would say to those that wish to know who I am, you already know.

For if you played any part in re-electing our Sheriff, especially if you are one of the Deputies that braved the vicious onslaught and stood firm your ground,  You are   SUN TZU

To my Sheriff, one final word, you have many loyal followers who have fought the good fight. They supported you not out of selfish desire or promise of reward. They supported you because they believe in you and they believe in you because you are an honorable and just man. So, press forward our sovereign, your flank and your stern are secure. 

Regard your soldiers as your children, and they will follow you into the deepest valleys; look on them as your own beloved sons, and they will stand by you even unto death.
