I sent a link to the Folio story to my friends and neighbors. Several were unaware of the story at all. One responded in part with : I have my own personal problems with Mike Taylor. He lied to me on numerous occasions and cost my son about $25,000. He gave me a personal guarantee that he did not keep and I think he is a lying sack of sh.. Here is the NEFAR number to make a complaint about MT as a realtor: Susan Rodehauer (904) 394-9494 (ext. 1206) You need to file a complaint so others are not caught in the lies. I too have been subjected to an unscrupulous realtor and there are ways to alert others and for the realtor to be diciplined. If anything a complaint will exist on the web site under the State of Florida, Board of Licensure and Certifications. Many check this prior to hiring people in many fields. It will list if there were complaints. I know I check it before hiring anyone. Call them and file a complaint. It doesn't surprise me that he'd lie as a realtor.
