As there are bloggers on MCS with tons of information---Can someone please enlighten me: WHY did the Jacksonville Public Safety Officers Committee recently mailed the Adverse Rick Beseler Campaign literature?   WHY are they JPSOC coming across county lines to send campaign fliers?  Do they not have enough political climate in their own county (Duval) to be involved with?  And, I am curious---How did they receive Clay County Voter's names and addresses?  This voter information is only given when a candidate qualifies with the Clay County Supervisior of Elections.
