You can view them at http://www.clayelections.com/Amendments.html. Please take a look and read the clearly stated proposals to the Clay County charter changes. There are some who do not want you to have the opportunity to vote YES or NO on these amendments and have filed a lawsuit to keep them off the ballot. Please tell the obstructionists that you want to have the democratic opportunity to vote YES or NO on these amendments.
