Who's going to get dumped this time????

Have you heard about the recent dumping scandal on Aquarius Concourse, County Road 215, and Keystone Heights????  We understand through confidential sources in Clay County that the County has been sighted again for illegal dumping.  Who will be fired this time?

The County has spent how much money on training for where to dump??? So now Commissioner Bush has an educated public works director, so much for education.  Obviously the new educated public works director did not attend the mandatory dumping classes!!!

Will Bush be the hero again and fire another County Manager or will the real culprit (BUSH) go into the trash bin this time????

Maybe if Bush and the County Manager were not traveling together on taxpayer boondoggles, errors like this would never happen.

Well, Commissioner Bush is at it once again.  This time he is going to recommend the termination of Clay County Attorney, Mark Scruby, if he recommends paying Commissioner Fitzgerald’s legal fees after she was found not guilty.  If a state elected official is found not guilty of a crime then he/she may request for him/her attorney’s fees to be reimbursed, why should Commissioner Fitzgerald not be the same?  The same as Commissioner Bush’s were when The Citizens for Term Limits sued the BCC in 2005.  Yes, that is correct Commissioner Bush’s attorney fee’s (which were the most costly) were reimbursed when The Citizens for Term Limits sued the BCC and each commissioner had to retain their own attorney.    Why does he feel it is o.k. for him to be reimbursed when unjustly accused, but not for anyone else?  I believe because he feels he is above all others.

Commissioner Bush stated to the Times Union that Commissioner Fitzgerald should not receive reimbursement for her attorney fees due to giving direction on a job site, which is against the charter.  As employees for Clay County, we are aware that Commissioner Bush has given numerous instructions on job sites, i.e. sidewalks behind Orange Park Medical Center, etc.

Maybe, Commissioner Bush should learn the law that he so adamantly speaks about.  Just as his e-mails, that by law are to be public, are NOT public, he is just now making some of them available after numerous requests for over a period of two (2) years.  Even the media couldn’t get them, even though they are public records per state statute.

Commissioner Bush is a tyrant by threatening employee’s jobs if they do not abide by his rules and his requests.  What gives Commissioner Bush the right to threaten our county attorney’s job or anyone for doing their job?  If it is not Commissioner Bush’s way, it is not the right way and you are told to hit the highway.  Commissioner Bush has repeatedly threatened employee’s jobs, i.e., the Building Department employees, Public Works employees and now our county attorney if he does not agree with his dictatorship.  Citizens of Clay County, please open your eyes and see what is really in front of you, a fraudulent Commissioner who lies, who knew about the illegal dumping (as he voted on it in 1995), and does NOT abide by state statute ref: releasing his e-mails.  If Commissioner Bush has nothing to hide, why has he not released the public e-mails or has he destroyed the evidence that could be utilized to prove his involvement?
