Let's just hope this 5 year olds father is not running for a political position in the future. I can see the article now. His career as a delinquent started at the age of 5 when he began running away. Showing up in places that showed he had a sexual perversion for the women who worked at Hooters.

Angela; Would that be a violation of his rights because he was a juvy or would it be public records because it had shown up in the paper? Besides, I'm pretty sure he only went for the 'Hot Wings'. That sounds like as good a story as any. Mike Heemer
