Lowe's "Build and Grow" workshop

I've never been to a Lowe's "Build and Grow" workshop before. But on Saturday, I attend one at the Lowe's on Kingsley Ave with scout troop 424 ( SHAMELESS PLUG: which, as of this past weekend, I also run their website now. I totally revamped it yesterday: http://www.pack424.net ).

If you have kids, or have access to kids (with their parents knowing of course!) you should bring them to one of these workshops if you haven't already. It was fun (and FREE)! Lowe's provides the tools, equipment and directions for how to build that days project.

This past Saturday, they were building little tetherballs (and I've found out, it's also good for a cat toy! Smile).

Afterward, the child will receive a certificate showing what they built that day.

Was fun! And I recommended it to anyone.
