You know, I'm pretty new to this site, and it's pretty interesting. It's good that there's a place people can come and express their own opinions about issues that really get them going, but that's just it, these are personal opinions, and everyone has one.  I've seen a lot about the CCAC, and personally, they've done no harm by me. I run a rescue group and the employees go out of their ways in helping me. All of them have been so generous with their time and efforts, i applaud them. To me, and again this is MY personal opinion, it seems there are few disturbed clients out there, for reasons I believe no one is aware of, maybe it's a personal issue with one of the employees, or maybe their animal was picked up for negligence, or maybe it's just because they have nothing better to do with there time than to make drama for others because his/her life is just way too boring. I personally know several people who have adopted animals from the shelter, and neither one of them has an issue with the place, all the dogs are healthy and well taken care.  Now we do have to remember that CCAC is a shelter for unwanted pets, and we don't know why they are unwanted,  so there may be an occasion where the animal may be ill, but it's gonna happen, I do know that the staff at CCAC do there best in making these animals well and ready for adoption. But I've noticed another issue at hand, people seem to forget the reason this shelter is open in the first place, the sick cruel people who abandon these poor animals, why aren't more people focusing on these animals instead of the employees who are trying to make a difference, they are the ones who need to be focused on, who cares if one of the employees are on a smoke break, I'm sure there is a good percentage of smokers reading this, and you all take smoke breaks at work, as long as the animals are being cared for, smoke your life away, you only have yourself to blame. It's the citizens of the community who make these jobs possible for the CCAC, if they weren't so, excuse me, ignorant, then we wouldn't need the CCAC, but until people realize that they should take on more than they can handle, they should get another hobby, like collecting stamps, or bugs or something that you don't have to worry about feeding. So again these are MY personal opinions, so if you don't agree, then I guess that's why they call the personal.
