The End Result
To those who click the report abuse button for the sake of political patronage I would like to say thank you. In your conspired efforts to keep certain discusssions away from the citizens, or certain people from giving their opinion by trying to remove the attention you actually just bring more to it. When a blog is flagged to the point where the entire thread is removed and there is no violation of terms of service it will be brought back. In the meantime those that may not have read the blog to begin with are more likely to in order to see what the fuss is about. While you may be creating excess work for Jonathan, in reality you fail to complete your goal. The blog comes back, more people read it and more people begin to see a pattern to what is taking place.

I see MCS (Jonathan) has done their typically outstanding job and made the connection to get the blog back on line. Where else can you get that kind of service on a Holiday? And I'll bet he isn't getting paid OT for it either. It won't buy a cup of coffee, but for what it's worth, THANKS. Mike Heemer

Marsha, I tend to agree with what you are saying. It pleases me to see some of the people howl when a blog is missing. It makes me see that people are actually interested in some of the topics that are being discussed and are anxious to see more. It also makes me wonder whose toes are being stepped on hard enough to try to make the pain go away. I can’t believe that the only reason that blogs disappear is because someone can’t figure out the "Report Abuse" button. Have A Happy and Safe Fourth of July!!! Marsha,
Since this feature came into being, I've suspected that some might abuse it. I just finished posting @ this on another blog. I think it should be required that if one hits the "report abuse" button, they give a reason for doing it. It might eliminate even more abuse & maybe make Jonathon's job a bit easier.

Hope every one is having a happy & safe 4th.
