I can't even begin to tell you how much fun Kevin is having this summer. I signed him up for Aquatics camp a couple of months ago, only for week 2, so he could get a couple of merit badges. I have always wanted him to go but being a stay at home mom, I couldn't justify it to myself to stick him in a week long camp. To pay for "child care" when I didn't need it ,was just not going to happen. This Aquatics camp is far from child care... These kids get to do it all.

Nestled along the quite banks of Doctors Inlet, at Camp Echockotee on Doctors Lake Drive, there is so much going on that keeps the kids  busy that  by the time they go home they are Exhausted, excited and ready to start the next day.  I had to listen to the beaver song all the way home Friday, Beaver one beaver all, let's all do the beaver call reeehreeehh....anyway. Go to the below web site and see if any of the fun stuff is for your child and sign him or her up.  If you want more proof of what a good time it is go to my pics of Kevin and Alison doing their thing there.

I am working there, in the Trading Post, so if you are hesitant to leave your kids, know that we the staff, have all been CPR trained, went thru an extensive week of training, safety drills, drug screens, and the ever popular silly song seminarLaughing

The Safety of each and every camper is the upmost top of the list priority of the entire staff.

...and you get to catch frogs tooo!
