I wanted to take the time to share a story to all of my fellow female blogger to beware of creepy appraisers.

I had my home appraised last week by the most unprofessional appraiser I've ever come into contact with. I was alone in my home when he came as he was scheduled to do. The problem came when he decided that he was all that and a basket of cookies and began standing almost elbow to elbow with me and started making small talk. He then began to touch my arm and shoulder area when he was talking and trying to be funny. I was so upset by the scum bag that I would not accompany him on the tour of my home but instead told him to go by himself and I stayed in my kitchen.

My point in telling about this incident, is that just because someone says they are an appraiser for instance does not mean they aren't there to cause you harm if your by yourself. Just be careful!
