I noticed a couple of items on this month's School Board agenda that could create some interesting discussion:
1) Development Impact Fee report
2) School Concurrency in Clay County
While I haven't had a chance to print and read the report, I will and hopefully, will learn how much more money it's going to take (with rising costs) to build our schools for the next 20 years.
I haven't heard much about concurrency lately, to it'll be good to hear the update. Whatever happened to the committee on concurrency between the Board and the Commission?
