Why are there so many Inconsistenies in Clay Co Ordinace Enforcement..why make a rule when you can't enforce it

  Does the Clay Co Commisioner have any common sense.Why is the County Ordinaces Enforced with any consisteny. And how can one person screw up two differant County Department AND STILL have a job. The same person is in charge of ANIMAL CONTROL and CODE ENFORCEMENT ..IF he was at McDonalds he would have been FIRED.....but at 93,000,00 a year plus bennys what a bargin....anybody what a job
