Ok we got another Brand New Walmart but where is the PARK ? The County Officals bargined with Walmart to build a Park for Disabled Children, Now the Walmart Open Where is the PARK,Why did they let Walmart open with out the park being done.......Great Planning Clay County Commissioners.....Whats going on here.......
