Thanks Jonathan and My Clay Sun for enforcing the procedures of the blogging. I too observed that it was getting out of hand with folks asserting their grievance with other Clay Countyians.
This is a great site for interacting and sharing information, but please let's keep it positive, state the facts and no name calling.
Jonathan et al at MCS did an excellent job of walking the tightrope forced on him. Not so far that it will inhibit the basic freedom of information exchange MCS has provided, or even remotely stepping toward what a reasonable person would consider censorship.
While the website is a great place for the exchange of information and facts, it is also where contributors can voice their ideas and opinions about various subjects, which is just as important.
Defining "positive" for everyone is an impossible task, however. Some bloggers and others have been accused of being negative because their contributions point out or complain about the inefficiencies, inadequacies or illegalities of local government. I consider that to be a positive contibution to the website and community.
As long as we all remember our senses of humor and not forget where we are, we should allow Johnathan et al to concentrate on more important things than our individual behavior on the blogs.
