Ominous Activity: What to do?

What do you do when you suspect a drug deal is going down? Any Clay County cops have any recs or suggestions?
Is there a "right" thing to do if you suspect a drug deal other than run and get the heck out of dodge? This is Clay County, right? I thought all the criminal activity took place on Wells Road near the mall!

You can log onto www.claysheriff.com and be directed to the Speak Up page that allows you to email a variety of Sheriff's Office personnel directly and tell them what you witnessed.
Thanks for taking the time to alert us to the situation.

I agree with Lamar.  You should contact CCSO and report the suspicious activity.  They will tell you they would rather check out something that turns out to be harmless than to never have someone call them & something terrible happen.  These could be guys that need to be removed from our streets.

"but instead looped around and asked them if they needed help. I got snipped at and asked if I needed help. Probably a naive and stupid thing to do on my part - my two kids were in the back seat"

Probably not the best thing to have done...but at least you know it wasn't & I'm sure you wouldn't do it again.....  next time just call CCSO & report the suspicious activity.  If you call your local number they will transfer you to dispatch & have someone come out immediatly.  (been there & done that)...they will ask for your name but if you tell them you wish to remain anonymous they will let you.

Don't be afraid to report it.
