CLAY COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL

I just wanted to pass on a little more important and accurate information to all of the CLAY COUNTY CONCERNED CITIZENS.

Connie Goon, Director of Animal Control was found to have altered county documents after the fact in order to have a clay county officer found guilty of misconduct and to discredit this officer, which by the way is the same officer who reported the original 52 farm animal case, where clay county employees took these animals for their own personal use/distribution/gain.  This is not a coincidence. This officer was doing their job, and has been persecuted for it, unfairly might I add, by people who are only protecting their cusshy jobs.

PLEASE KNOW THAT THE STATE'S ATTORNEY'S OFFICE HAS DECIDED NOT TO GO FORWARD WITH CHARGES AGAINST CONNIE GOON.  LETS CONTACT THE STATE'S ATTORNEY MR. DAN SKINNER AT 269-6319 AND TELL HIM THIS:

ACCORDING TO THE 2007 FLORIDA STATUTES, CHAPTER 838, ITEM 838.022 OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT IT SAYS:

(1) IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR A PUBLIC SERVANT, WITH CORRUPT INTENT TO OBTAIN A BENEFIT FOR ANY PERSON OR TO CAUSE HARM TO ANOTHER TO:

(A) FALSIFY, OR CAUSE ANOTHER PERSON TO FALSIFY, ANY OFFICIAL RECORD OR OFFICIAL DOCUMENT;

(B) CONCEAL, COVER UP, DESTROY, MUTILATE, OR ALTER ANY OFFICIAL RECORD OR OFFICIAL DOCUMENT OR CAUSE ANOTHER TO PERFORM SUCH AN ACT

THESE CERTAINLY PERTAINS TO CONNIE GOON AND ACCORDING TO THE STATUTES ARE PUNISHABLE AS PROVIDED IN S. 775.082, S. 775.083 OR S. 775.084, A FELONY OF THE THIRD DEGREE.

THERE'S SOMETHING SCREWY AROUND HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I DID NOT KNOW THAT I AS A CLAY COUNTY CITIZEN WILL BE PUNISHED FOR BREAKING THE LAWS, WHILE CCAC EMPLOYEES ARE EXEMPT FROM THE LAWS AND STILL HAVE A JOB.  WHO KNEW!
