Clay County Animal Control

Citizens of Clay County I know you want the truth just as I do.  Once again I have taken the time to investigate and read the report from "OFFICE OF THE SHERIFF" Clay County, FL dated 2/5/08, 15 pages long.  As a result of a long investigation and a great job on the part of the Clay County Sheriff's Office the conclusion of the report was very clear and it was, if you read the document, Connie Goon, Director of Animal Control Alterered County Documents to make the investigating officer appear to be guilty of misconduct.  The Director of Animal Control was the only one found to have done anything wrong in the report, she altered county documents after the fact.

SO LETS GO BACK TO WHY DID THE DIRECTOR OF ANIMAL CONTROL DO THIS, WELL, IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT THE OFFICER THE DOCUMENTS WERE ALTERED AGAINST WAS THE ONE WHO PUT IN THE REPORT ON THE 52 FARM ANIMALS TAKEN BY COUNTY EMPLOYEES, SO WAS THIS DONE TO TAKE OUR ATTENTION AWAY FROM THE FARM ANIMALS THAT HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM CCAC BY IT'S EMPLOYEES FOR PERSONAL GAIN, SUCH AS SALE OR SLAUGHTER FOR FOOD. CLEARLY IT WAS DONE TO FALSELY ACCUSE A GOOD OFFICER JUST DOING THE JOB WE ARE PAYING HER FOR. CCAC KEEPS COVERING UP IT'S WRONGS TO THE PUBLIC AND TO THE ANIMALS BY JUST NOT TELLING THE TRUTH OR FALSELY ACCUSING OTHERS TO TAKE THE ATTENTION AWAY FROM THE REAL PROBLEM CCAC.

Connie Goon stated to a Clay County Citizen that investigation of HER facility would just make it more difficult for the animals, and she has.  SHE HAS GIVEN RESCUERS A VERY DIFFICULT TIME, CHANGING RULES AND POLICIES AS SHE GOES ALONG TO MEET HER NEEDS.  ANIMALS ARE BEING KILLED NEEDLESSLY, AND I CAN PRODUCE DOCUMENTS TO PROVE THIS, I HAVE THEM IN MY POSSESSION.  SHE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED, OUR HELPLESS ANIMALS ARE SUFFERING, SHE IS STOPPING CARING PEOPLE WHO WANT TO HELP JUST TO BE VENDICTIVE.  FROM WHAT I HAVE READ IN MY INVESTIGATIONS SHE DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN CHARGE OF THESE HELPLESS ANIMALS WHO DEPEND UPON US FOR THEIR WELL BEING.   LET'S STOP HER NOW.

Come on Mr. Behring as a clay county citizen I do not want another pay check signed for Connie Goon.  Lets get real, how much wrong does she have to do before she is terminated.  People and animals are suffering.  Put someone in who will care and make a difference, there are many people out there who would do a great job.
