DID I MISS IT?Hey folks, did I miss an article in MCS in regards to the Sheriff's forum that was held last week? I searched from 'civer to civer' and never saw anything. Did MCS not cover the event? Clay Today had a very nice article by Jim Kelly. Did any of you attend? If so, what are your thoughts? Rick Beseler did not bother to show up to the forum. At least the other 3 candidates showed they cared to discuss the FOP's concerns and answer questions publicly.
In addition, Rick Beseler just refused to accept the Special Magistrate's recommendations regarding the impasse. Rick Beseler has proven he is not a leader and that if he ever had the respect of the Sheriff's Office, he has certainly lost it now.
It is no wonder he did not show up at the Forum.
