Mark Your Calendar for February 9th - Winters' Nature & Bird FestivalCalling all nature lovers! - Wings Over Clay County is sponsoring a Winter Nature and Bird Festival at First Baptist Church of Middleburg (across the street from Publix) on Saturday, February 9 from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This event is free and open to the public. In addition to nature-related crafts , games and a puppet show for the kids, the event will feature representatives from The Audobon Society, the Keystone Farmers Market Organic Club, Jennings Forest, Untamed Adventures (an outdoor group for women), H.A.W.K.E., The Wildlife Coalition, Creation Education Resources, Wild Birds Unlimited and others providing information and educational materials for all ages. If you are a formal educator, a homeschooling parent or one who enjoys learning about birds and nature, you will not want to miss this fun and educational event!
