Sadly, as I boycott anything to do with Thrasher, I will not attend. Hopefully, Mike Mann will give us a clear, if not concise, synopsis on the event.  ;>)

I am curious about this race and have followed the pros and cons on whether or not to retain the current sheriff. I haven't seen anything of consequence from either side. I am still hoping to come across a reason to even vote this year. Fortunately, as an Independent, I don't have to be bothered with the primary. It pays to not flock to a pack like hungry wolves.

If I were the Sheriff I wouldn't bother to attend. It will be as stacked as the "UTILITY TAX HEARING" It is being held where both Lancaster's work ,and they are supposedly behind evry one in the race.

A 3 hour debate for one office, Even the presidential candidates don't get that much time

It will take three hours for all four candidates to give information needed for the public to begin making a decision. You seem to have some conspiracy theories as to the venue of the debate. I can tell you that this location was chosen to AVOID the appearence of shenanigans as opposed to churches, schools, and businesses. The FOP paid for the room where the debate will take place. You mention the utility tax, now I wonder IF this was such a terrible thing, why wasn't it repealed after those evil people were removed from office? Where is Mr. Smith when you need him? I suppose it is because you and the other county entities enjoy the spoils of the tax. As far as the debate, it will be interesting to hear some new ideas concerning the S.O. as what we have heard for three years is stale, I mean how long can you blame others for your incompetence and ineffective leadership.
