I'm Sorry, Lily

I meant to write this earlier, but ran out of time.

Upon re-reading my reply to your comments in another thread (Ahhh), I appeared to myself as snotty. That was not my intention, and I am sorry if it seemed so to you or anyone else.

I aspire to be as well-read and articulate as you obviously are. I'll be boning up on my church history- I have a copy of the Baker Atlas of Christian History and Foxe's Martyrs to begin my journey.

Thanks for challenging me!

KC, I was a little surpised to see this first thing. I went back and read your 'Ahhh' reply and I may be getting dumber with each succeeding day but I don't detect any snottiness here at all. I mean, there's no condescension, name calling or superior attitude. As for not considering a long past ancestor in the accomplishments of their later descendants, I agree with you However for combinig historical and ironic sub-contexts in any in depth discussions, this one is a beaut and I very much believe that is why it is done. I don't disagree in the slightest.
