Once again the legal process has been high-jacked by special interests and big money.And like OneMan,I would like to have a say in the issues of Clay County.
Mr. Korman and Mr. Thrasher were bound to get their way sooner or later, now it seems sooner.
What is the Orange Park Council thinking?? More jobs? Hardly, since most of the employees at the St. Johns room are from Duval or from out of town. More revenue? The para-mutual assoc. has to contribute some of it's profits to the county now, do you think they will likely give any more to Orange Park?
Citizen input will be ignored, especially if it's anti-gambling.
