Looking for great photos

Have you noticed the different pictures at the top right of the Web site? That spot is reserved for the best photography we receive at the Sun, the images that we feel illustrate how beautiful Clay County really is.

The best part? The images that are shown are submitted by you. We are always accepting new pictures for the front page of our Web site and as we receive more, there will be a constant stream of changing photography, all showing the beauty of our county.

No, the photographs shown there do not have to be strictly landscape pictures. Any particularly endearing snapshot of Clay life is perfect, although there are a few things to keep in mind if you want to see your picture on the main page.

The area the pictures are displayed in is square, so pictures should have a main focal point. Also keep in mind that this is a contest. Send in any pictures you have, but if your picture doesn’t make it up there, keep trying. For some examples, visit myclaysun.com/tutorials/header, or check what’s already on the main page.
