PROGRESS

RECENT BLOGS EXPRESS THE NEED TO BE INVOLVED IN COUNTY AFFAIRS. THIS IS VERY ENCOURAGING TO ME AS A RESIDENT FOR OVER 37 YEARS AND BEING PRO-ACTIVE .

for A LONG TIME, THE ONLY PEOPLE INTERESTED IN THE COUNTY WERE THOSE WHO WERE DIRECTLY AFFECTED OR IMPACTED AND THOSE WHO WISHED TO PROLONG THE GOOD-OLD-BOY SYSTEM,

FOR THOSE INTERESTED THERE IS A GROUP OF CONCERNED CITIZENS THAT IS ORGANIZED AND ACTIVE IN COMMNUNITY AFFAIRS, CLTAC MEETS MONTHLY AND WELCOMES THE INPUT OF CITIZENS OF CLAY COUNTY.

CHECK PAPER FOR INFO OR RESPOND TO ME.

Thank you for your interest in CTLAC, a public interest group. I have contacted CTLAC and put myself on their email list and have corresponded with them OFFERING THEM MY HELP in their endeavors to serve the citizens of Clay County.

Contact them at claycitizens.com to be added to their email list.

PBin CC,

You're better off keeping your own counsel and looking for candidates in '08 who demonstrate the qualities you want in commissioners. Be you're own person. You don't have to join CTLAC to be informed.

Just read this blog.

CTLAC is certainly not the source for all knowledge about Clay County government, although is does provide some.  The source of all knowledge doesn't exist in any single place.

Everyone should be their own person.  Any counsel CTLAC offers should be considered the same way counsel from anyone should.  Listen, if you want, then consider and make up your own mind about the validity of the counsel.

That's what puzzles me about some of the bloggers here.  Some appear to be less inclined to listen and use their own brains, preferring instead to decide based on arbitrary designations such as GOP or, in other places of the nation, Democrat.
