Fun stuff and treats all day for any child bringing in a list of 15 books read so far this summer.  Special treat from 4-6 pm… come in and meet Emily from the Build-A-Bear Workshop... She will be visiting with a special sewing kit to repair any “over loved” stuffed animals.  She will also have information on the Build-A-Bear reading program and other goodies.

In celebrating Aquatics Safety Month the YMCA is holding a Family Safety Seminar every Monday and Wednesday with beach and backyard water safety. The thirty minute sessions will be held at 10am and 7pm at both the Barco Newton and Clay County Family YMCAs.

This summer, become a SonForce Kids special agent at Abundant Life Christian Fellowship's VBS, July 21 - 25 from 7pm to 9pm. And not just any special agent. At SonForce Kids you’ll learn about having courage and serving God as his special agent. You will be challenged to TRUST in God’s plans, UNITE with God’s people, TRAIN for God’s service, FOLLOW in God’s path and LEAD others to God’s promises. There’s always an atmosphere of fun and excitement at Vacation Bible School. You’ll have a great time singing lively songs, creating great crafts, playing exciting games, enjoying yummy snacks, and making new friends.
