Sesquicentennial Oak Tree Planting

The Clay County Sesquicentennial Oak Tree will be dedicated on Arbor Day, Friday, January 18th at 3:00pm. The program will begin in the Green Cove Springs’ City Hall Council Chambers, then continue with a short walk to the Green Space across the street from the former City Hall Building on Walnut Street. The 10” diameter Sesquicentennial Oak Tree will be planted with care to ensure protected growth for the next 150 years. Everyone is invited to attend. This event is one of many planned during 2008 honoring Clay County‘s Sesquicentennial---1858-2008.

Tanglewood Athletic Association - Spring Baseball Registration

PET ADOPTIONS

PET ADOPTIONS - Sat, Jan. 19th from 10 am to 5 pm at the Orange Park PETsMART (I-295 @ Blanding Blvd in the Sports Authority Shopping Center) at 6000 Lake Gray Blvd.  Volunteers from several local animal rescue organizations will be on hand to help you select the right pet for your family.
