I can think of only one statement we can agree on:  No one has any idea what will happen if the CTLAC petition passes.  Honestly, I can't be the only one who thinks this is more than a bit troublesome.  The blogs have been busy with people giving their best guess as to the outcome - abolish both seats immediately, chair for two years/at-large for two years, chair for four years /at-large for two years, etc.  It would almost make me chuckle except it is soberingly real.  The citizen initiative process is not set up so that a group can launch an "idea" of less gov
