the best yet is to come for GCS Council for seat one & Seat two. I am looking forward to the Election day on April 1st. who will it be? are you in for the challenger Joe Riley for seat one & Mitch Timberlake, or the imcumbent Mike Kelter for seat one, & John Buchanan, which will it be? on Election day the polls will be full of supporters. I am not saying of who I am supporting, thats beyond of whom that may be. there is need for our good ole boys of who will be on city council, show favoritism of the supporting. this new elected council member, will not be keeping the meetings long til midnight. things should done right, no bringing up the Electric Rate, each time the council meets. Im not in favor of seeing the same issue topic being mention year after year. its time our newly council will bring things the way it should. I urge you to out on April 1st..on Election Day over at City Hall

Enough is Enough of the Green Cove Springs City Council, Vs Vice mayor. my ear were beginning to buzz, when the issue came up on the Citys Retetion Ponds. after it had been up from City Manager Don Bowles, there were some discussion being made from Vice Mayor Kelter. who would not running his remarks, my ears were buzzing so bad. Vice Mayor wouldnt stop running his city council course. one thing that comes to mind, when the city council are having there meetings. each month, why take it all the way till 11:00 in the late evening hours, One thing I must share...Get done with City Council Busine

Dont keep things the way they used to be, Green Cove Springs, Fl. is still in the way it used to be, were still not in the 50's or the 60's or 70's Now were in the 21 century 2007. its time that we move on to next vision. new businesses are wanting to bring in company to Green Cove Springs, Developer are wanting to develop new condo here. with new restaurants are wanting to open up there new food items..such as that. with the city council of Green Cove Springs. many of the citizen who resides here..for those who come before council...its time we move forward. not keeping things simple. if you grew up in a small town, I want to see our City Grow..

Our Green Cove Springs Starbucks coffee get more busyier. by the day.. when I there,, people coming in for there same favorite drink,, its always the Vante or Grande, or there Tall.. which customers are coming in ordering a Vente Drink..or maybe a Grande Drink..one I have already enjoy getting on hand is the Pumpkin Spice Latte or a Frappiccino.. that is what I order. when Im in starbucks..Coming soon by Cindy, she will be having a Coffee Sampling Siminar. what is the different between the types of Coffee...as I hear more of the Coffee Sampling with Cindy.. I will be keeping up date as when it be...Im hoping I may get hire as an Employed with Lori..who is the store manager for the Green Cove Springs Starbuck..I am sooo, Crazy about there store..I love the whole Crew of Starbucks, Loretta, Lucy, Lauren, Lori, Barbara,  Amy, Jenna, Jenny, J.J. Ryan, Cindy, Russell, Ben.. Nicole, Heather.. I didnt forget anyone of you...everyone who enjoys coming back for there same drinks to order.. Its come back to more of Green Cove Springs Starbucks Coffee..

Hickory Grove Baptist Church will be our Fall Revival Starting next Sunday Oct 14 runs thru Oct 17. our Guest Speak will be Reverend Jason Webb, who will be bringing a powerful message each night. starting at 10:55 in the Morning..then again on Sunday Night at 6:00 Pm. every night, the services will start at 7:00 PM.. The Public is invited. were located at 310 Oakridge Avenue right in Green Cove Springs. just right off of HWY 17....Turn right on Ferris St. then, head on west to HWY 16.. Just take a left onto Oakridge Avenue...We'll hope to see you, at our Fall Revival.....

To the Claysun Blogger of Clay County, One thing that bogs down. the Board of County Commissioners are wanting to pass a new permit for all events in the county, such as Charitable Church, non-profit organizations. I strongly oppose this Issue of passing this Event Permit. Please dont let this pass...

Clay County Term Limits for our clay county elected officials, if your are in a constitional office, Such as Tax Collector, Property Appraiser , School board supertindent, Clay County Supervisor of Election, Clay County Sheriff. Run your Term.. Please Step Down from your office..

 With everything else, such as our Clay County Commissioners.. there alreaady serving there Term. lets all get behind supporting our term limits. this should apply with every county elected officical in office..

There just to many Issues in Clay County Government. with the good ole boy issue, that have been going on for years. with public office, there have been long time county commissioner holding on there term. keeping it for as long as the tax payer will be supporting them, but now there terms limits.. why should you keep you county seat..its time for you to step down..give it someone else.. if your one of the Good Ole Boys its must all come to an End..Better yet.. We must make this a Bette Clay county.. Just Say Good Bye!!! to the Countys Good ole Boy System. I want to see this county move forwar
